Recently, customers will know more about some cameras namely Pentax Optio RS1000 and RZ10, the Pentax Lumix DMC-FZ45, the Pentax K-r DSLR and three new Nikon Coolpix models as well. Firstly, the new K-5 of Pentax which is one of K-series range will be launched by Pentax.
According to the company, the new K-5 is the same K-7. It will not be any assistance to SDXC memory cards; however, it will accept SDHC ones. The new K-5 will be equipped with capturing video with a 16:9 aspect ratio, in a 1960 x 1080 High-Definition resolution and at a frame rate of 25 per second and a CMOS Sensor that has 16.2-megapixels. The company will get benefit from a DR II mechanism, along with this DSLR. The DR II mechanism affects the CMOS image sensor. A battery will offer the capability to take as many as one thousand images from a single charge.
Other specs and features contain a color LCD monitor which measures 3-inches, Cross process mode with three options, a multi-pattern metering system with 77-segments, digital filter function, PRIME II imaging engine and an ISO that ranges from 100 to 12800.
