It is such good news for iPhone users that Qik Live has finally been approved after two week submission. Qik Live could be considered as a great upgrade in comparison with the previous version Qik for 3GS as Qik for 3GS just allows users to record and upload only. In contrast, Qik Live seems to be designed for real-time broadcasting to a web audience. In this version, Qik Live has been added with both 3G and Wi-Fi connections support for any models of iPhone.

Using Qik Live, it is possible for iPhone users now to make streams private or public, and chat with viewers, optionally providing location information at the same time. They can also choose among City, Street and Precise levels of positioning to get a map trail from any movement. More interestingly, using this app, iPhone users can also connect at any time with Facebook, Twitter or YouTube to post automatic updates and operate in a limited offline mode.

It is noticeable for iPhone users that if they have already got the iPhone 3.1 firmware, they can download the app without paying anything.
