Have you ever wanted to have an icon which is your image? Very interesting and fun. You only need a converting software to refresh the traditional Windows icons and bring them a new wind.
Step 1
You need to download ImagIcon to your computer, this is a software which can convert a lot of image formats, for example, JPG, BMP, PNG, into ICO formats used as icons in Windows.
Step 2
Open ImagIcon, you add your favorite picture to convert by simply draging the photo to the color area as shown in this image below.
You can save the icon in different sizes, including 16×16, 32×32, 64×64.
Step 3
If you want to change settings, select the Options menu, you can pick size of the final icon thanks to Icon Settings, Image Transform allows you to pick transformations you like. You can convert into an icon with the same formats.
Step 4
In Save Mode, you select JPEG and select settings for the image transform. You choose Save Directory if you want to store the converted icon in different folder with the original image.
With this nice and handy application, you can enjoy your computer with your own nice icons each time you access any folder or program.
