Mozilla has recently had to release the update version to Firefox 3.5.4 which was reported to contain some certain bugs.
The latest version Mozilla has unveiled is Firefox 3.5.5 which is claimed to fix some stability issues. Unlike almost all interim updates that Mozilla issues about once every six weeks, version 3.5.5 did not patch any security vulnerabilities.
Firefox 3.5.4 was released to fix 16 flaws in the previous version, but this version also contains a major bug which caused a high number of crashes in Windows.
Lots of crashes in the GIF decoder have been reported to be found in Firefox 3.5.4.

Another change in Firefox 3.5.5 includes a stability bug fixed in Mac version and another crash problem patched in the Windows and Mac editions.
Users can now visit homepage of Mozilla to download Firefox 3.5.5 for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. On the other hands, users can also use the browser’s update tool or wait for automatic update notifications to appear.
