It is announced that Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus, the initial tablet to run with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, will be available for pre-order starting tomorrow, November 29, expected for launch on December 8.

Apart from ICS, the Galaxy Nexus is also equipped with a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED screen with 1280×720 resolution that nearly equals the Retina display of the iPhone 4/4S in terms of pixel density (316ppi vs the iPhone’s 326ppi). The handset also has a 1.2GHz dual-core TI OMAP4 processor with 1GB of RAM.
